The molds are made of strong and elastic silicone, designed for making any complex shapes from gypsum, wax, soap, epoxy, etc. Also suitable for polymer clay because of the optimum stiffness and heat resistance (short-term withstand temperature of 290 ° C(554°F ), Up to 200 ° C (392°F ) for a long time).
Recommendations for the use of molds:

– Shortly before working, the mold should be washed with water, after which it should be dried on a napkin.
– It is necessary to work very carefully with silicone molds, do not use sharp tools when working with molds.
– Epoxy resin should be poured into the mold by layers, allowing the air bubbles to completely exit. To speed up the bubbling and curing time of the resin, the molds can be slightly heated (carefully, do not overheat! The resin can boil !!!). Silicone is afraid of active chemistry, after 10-20 fillings with epoxy resin, the mold can become brittle. The service life of molds depends on the quality of the jewelry resin and can be up to 20-30 fillings
– It will also be very difficult to clean the mold after unsuccessful filling (if the resin does not harden).
– It is recommended to bake complex cameos and flowers together with mold and take them out only after full cooling.
-To drink the finished product from the mold very carefully, first slightly bending the mold from the edges to release the product, then lightly pressing on the center of the mold, pull out the edges and remove the product. To facilitate the extraction of the finished product from a complex deep mold, we recommend that it be removed under running water with soap.
